Born and raised in the Kansas City Metro, I'm a gaffer, grip, electrician, and sometimes AC. I decided to pursue a career in the arts early in my life, and I'm glad I did. After completing my BFA in Film & Media Studies from the University of Kansas, I took on the challenging world of G&E. I was lucky to have an opportunity to apprentice with Tony Ontiveros of TOPS Lighting & Grip to hone my skills. Since then, I've worked on a large number of notable projects for nationally recognized clients and built my reputation in the Midwest film community. I've battled disability and chronic illness throughout my life, but my passion for this industry keeps me going. I like to describe what I do as painting the real world, and I find joy in making the human experience more colorful for others through the medium of movies. With Continental, my mission statement is to spread that joy and enable others to bring their dreams into reality.

In my personal life, my hobbies and interests include reading, weightlifting, playing classical guitar, main-lining espresso, gardening, and studying Zen, psychology, art, economics, and history.
